TRX Suspension Training

The first version of the TRX workout was created in 1997 by Navy SEAL Squadron Commander Randy Hetrick using a jiu jitsu belt and parachute webbing. TRX Suspension Training is a full-body workout that uses a person’s own body weight to build strength. Centered on developing your core muscles, this program is suitable for both athletes and fitness newbies.
