Sledgehammer

A sledgehammer is a tool with a large, flat metal head and a handle that has been used as a conditional training tool since the beginning of combat sports. The workout typically involves repetitive slams of the sledgehammer into the tyre. When training with sledgehammers, there is great emphasis on repetitive slams.
