Grit Series

Les Mills Grit Series is a high-intensity interval training which features three unique workouts – Grit Strength, Grit Plyo and Grit Cardio. Grit Strength, as its name implies, serves to build strength and lean muscle by working on all major muscle groups. Grit Plyo is a workout used to build a powerful agile body. The Grit Cardio is an explosive high-impact workout that burns fat rapidly and improves athletic capabilities.
