Body Combat

Created in 1997 by the team at Les Mills, Body Combat is a group fitness cardio workout that combines elements of mixed martial arts. During this workout, you will incorporate punches, strikes, kicks and kata into your workout in time to upbeat music. Guided by an instructor, the Body Combat workout tones your legs, arms, back and shoulders. You can choose a Body Combat workout that suits your level of fitness.
