Abs Blast

The ABS Blast workout is a combination of exercises that focuses on strengthening the core front, back and side muscles. These exercises will push you to your limit and simultaneously tone your abs. Although the exercises are generally short, they are intensely focused on your abdominal muscles and can be exhausting. An instructor will be present to guide you through the class but ultimately it is upto you to push your limits to reap the rewards.
