Free Weight Training

Free Weight Training allows your body to move through all 3 planes of motion (frontal – front and back, sagittal – right and left halves, and transverse planes – top and bottom ), so that you move like you would in normal life, just better.


Free weights cause your muscle to work together which is critical for balance and coordination

A full body workout that burns significant calories

Builds strength

Reduces risk of injury


Be sure to warm up and cool down

Focus on proper form over weight

Focus on your breathing – exhale as you lift and inhale as you release

Give your muscles time to recover – ideally 48 hours before your next session
